Educational Qualifications:
i) B.Sc. in CSE from any reputed university.

Responsibilities:
- Mobile App Development: Design and develop mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for performance, usability, and security.
- Cross-Platform Development: Utilize frameworks and tools that allow for cross-platform development, enabling the efficient deployment of apps on multiple platforms.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, assisting in overcoming challenges and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define app architecture and user experience, ensuring a smooth and intuitive app interface.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code written by team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable code quality.
- Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems in existing applications.
- Platform Compatibility: Keep up-to-date with the latest operating system updates and changes for iOS and Android, and ensure the applications remain compatible with the latest versions.
- Security and Privacy: Implement security measures to protect user data and sensitive information, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance, including load times, responsiveness, and memory usage, to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and fix any issues before deployment, and ensure successful app releases on app stores.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the developed applications and any related processes.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams, such as UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration of app features.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and tools in mobile app development and share knowledge with the team.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to mobile app development, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.
- Mentoring: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and expertise in mobile app development.
Technical Knowledge:
- Frontend:
i) Mobile Application: Swift (iOS), Kotlin/Flutter (Android)
ii) Web Application: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js
- Backend:
i) Programming Language: Python, Node.js, or Java
ii) Framework: Django, Express.js, or Spring Boot - Database:
MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Experience:
Minimum 5 years.
Salary:
BDT 55,000/- (The amount is negotiable upon discussion with the candidate)
Office Location:
Dhaka & Khulna
Weekly Holiday:
Friday
Bonus:
i) Twice a year (50% of main salary each time) if the candidate is Muslim; or Once a year (100% of main salary) if the candidate is Hindu/Buddhist/Christian.
ii) Performance bonus for specific tasks might be announced by the company when necessary.
