Educational Qualifications:
i) B.Sc. in CSE from any reputed university.

Responsibilities:
- Mobile App Development: Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, following the company’s coding standards and guidelines.
- Web-Based Development: Participate in web-based development projects, including frontend and backend development, to support cross-platform applications.
- Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bugs, errors, and issues in the applications, working with senior developers and QA engineers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Platform Compatibility: Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and changes in iOS and Android operating systems, ensuring app compatibility with the latest versions.
- Code Review and Learning: Learn from and actively participate in code reviews, incorporating feedback from senior developers to improve coding skills and best practices.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in testing the applications to identify and fix any issues before deployment, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement app interfaces that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive.
- Learning and Skill Development: Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and tools in mobile app and web development, improving skills and knowledge.
- Documentation: Contribute to creating and maintaining documentation for the developed applications and any related processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, such as senior developers, designers, and QA engineers, to integrate app features and functionalities seamlessly.
- App Store Deployment: Assist in preparing and deploying applications to app stores, ensuring compliance with guidelines and requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Help optimize app performance, including load times, responsiveness, and memory usage, to provide an optimal user experience.
- Project Support: Support senior developers and project managers in various aspects of mobile app and web-based development projects.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with the team to identify and propose solutions to technical challenges and roadblocks in development.
- Code Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining and updating existing codebases, implementing new features and improvements as required.
Technical Knowledge:
- Frontend:
i) Mobile Application: Swift (iOS), Kotlin/Flutter (Android)
ii) Web Application: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js
- Backend:
i) Programming Language: Python, Node.js, or Java
ii) Framework: Django, Express.js, or Spring Boot - Database:
MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Experience:
Minimum 2 years.
Salary:
BDT 35,000/- (The amount is negotiable upon discussion with the candidate)
Office Location:
Dhaka & Khulna
Weekly Holiday:
Friday
Bonus:
i) Twice a year (50% of main salary each time) if the candidate is Muslim; or Once a year (100% of main salary) if the candidate is Hindu/Buddhist/Christian.
ii) Performance bonus for specific tasks might be announced by the company when necessary.
